For over 20 years, he worked in corporate human resources, managing employee relocations and understanding firsthand what it means to move for work. His insights into the challenges of relocating—and how a great real estate experience can ease that transition—set him apart.

In 1990, Barry made his own move to Central Florida and fell in love with the community. Later, seeking more family time, he launched a successful stationery and gift boutique in the Altamonte Mall, where he spent 16 years delighting customers and building lasting relationships. That passion for helping people ultimately led him to real estate.
